Ice Hockey World Championships in Austria

From 30 April to 15 May 2005 Innsbruck and Vienna will jointly host the Ice Hockey World Championships. Innsbruck Olympic ice stadium has been given a general overhaul for this occasion in order to boost capacity to 7,800 seats. After completion this Olympic hall will be Austria’s biggest ice arena.

Busy Last Month Of Season For Lake Louise

Many of the northern hemisphere’s ski area have now closed for the season, but there’s still a month to go at Lake Louise in Canada.

Superpark 9 will see 300-500 of the world’s best snowboard athletes and terrain park builders will reshaping Lake Louise’s already huge ShowTime Terrain Park into what organisers describe as, “the sickest, craziest terrain park ever.”
