The service will be available to all customers that travel in Club World and First with British Airways, the Business with bmi British Midland, Executive First with Air Canada, Business Class with United Airlines, Business Class with KLM/Northwest Airlines and Business First with Continental Airlines, and/or clients staying in their Concierge featured Four Star Plus and Five Star Hotels.
Once the holiday is booked the Ski Concierge will be in contact with the best advice on all holiday essentials.
