The Transforme Association and the Sainte Foy Tourist Office organise the National Transplant and Dialysis Winter Games. Five days of activities including cross-country and downhill ski races, open to all transplant and dialysis patients, these games help promote the achievements of the patients and importance of organ donating. Next winter Sainte Foy welcomes the World Transplant Winter games from the 17th-22nd January 2010 when around 300 people who have had transplants are expected to compete.
