The Verbier Ride showcases awesome talent every year in the Swiss Alps
This season’s Verbier Ride is a European level pro/am Slope Style event offering athletes over 500 hours of TV airtime and the chance to promote themselves and their sport to millions of viewers.
The event kicks off on the morning of December 12th with top athletes and aspiring pro’s arriving in the resort of Verbier, Switzerland. Athlete registration has begun for the two-day event.
The location of the event is the ‘Swatch Snowpark’ in the La Chaux area of Televerbier’s mountain expanse. All information about the event can be found on the website including registration details, event timing and the chance to watch in real time last year’s Verbier Ride 08 full 24 minute TV program.
The complete schedule is as follows:
SATURDAY DECEMBER 12th
9am – 11am Slope Style practice session @ La Chaux Swatch Freestyle park
11am – 2pm Slope Style Qualifications @ La Chaux Swatch Freestyle park
2.30pm – 3pm Slope Style Qualifications Results @ the Judges Table in La Chaux Swatch Freestyle park
10pm – 1am Verbier Ride party at the Hotel Farinet
SUNDAY DECEMBER 13th
9am – 11am Slope Style practice session @ La Chaux Swatch Freestyle park
11am – 2pm Slope Style Finals @ La Chaux Swatch Freestyle park
2.30pm – 3pm Slope Style Finals Results @ the finish area in La Chaux Swatch Freestyle park
