A new micro-brewery opening at Switzerland’s Crans Montana ski resort will offer a ‘Frothy’ treat.
La Marmotte will produce 40,000 litres each winter, which will only be consumed in the twin villages of the ski area. The micro-brewery reportedly has no plans to export its popular beer outside the Swiss resort.
The “Frothy Marmotte” beer comes in three bottled varieties, each made with 100% natural ingredients. Most of the resort’s bars and restaurants are stocking the beer, making the consumption target look promising.
At the same time, the brewery is reminding skiers that the abuse of alcohol in the Alps is dangerous, so enjoy in moderation.
