Australia’s Mt Hotham ski area has announced that the resort has purchased five
new snowmaking guns at a cost of $600,000 ahead of the coming season.
The guns will be permanently stationed down Sundowner. This will provide keen skiers and boarders with two reliable, man-made snow routes to the bottom of Heavenly Valley; and will in turn create more space on Slalom Gully.
