Buoyed up by a good snow season, The Santa Fe Ski Company plans to install a new ski lift to Deception Peak this summer, nearly ten years after approval was granted by the US Forest Service. The Millennium Lift will open access to the north eastern boundaries of the ski area – allowing for more backcountry skiing.
