Les Contamines near Chamonix in France has launched “The Smart Parents Pack” which incorporates activities and accommodation for a family of four in a single deal.
The Pack includes seven night accommodation in a hotel or furnished apartment, a six day-ski pass for the local Contamines/ Hauteluce ski area and six days of day-care, including lunch, for both children. Prices from 748 € per family.
Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in British Columbia is putting the emphasis on increased family facilities this winter.
The resort is taking the kids experience to an entirely new level with the launch of the “Horse Play Corral”. Spanning over 10 acres and accessed via the Catamount chair, this children and family specific area will feature contour grooming, a slow skiing and learning area and kids play trails that duck in and out of the main runs. The entire area has a wildlife theme and promises to provide hours of fun for kids of all ages.
