The company’s staff have visited more than 600 ski resorts around the world over the past ten years and are now able to put their experience and expertise together to help ski areas improve their offering and increase their business.
The audit service is aimed at ski areas, resorts and hotels and involve a general assessment of the quality and efficiency of a ski area or hotel over the course of several days and consist of a complete evaluation of the area or hotel. The company will identify weak points, give advice on possible solutions, categorize them according to their importance and develop a plan of action.
