The Banff region is extending the Ski Big 3 ticket to include snowshoeing, tubing and sightseeing within the price of the ticket.
The Tri-Area ski pass or ‘SkiBig3’ ticket (www.skibig3.com) has extended access beyond the slopes of the ski areas of Mount Norquay, Lake Louise Ski Area and Sunshine Village to include additional options of snowshoeing, tubing or a sightseeing tour at no extra cost.
The Tri-Area pass has also improved the ski bus serviced which is also included in the pass. The shuttle service now includes six new major stops outside hotels on Banff Avenue in addition to the Fairmont Banff Springs and the main downtown location behind the Mount Royal Hotel. The current hotel to resort direct service will continue in Lake Louise, with both services from Banff and Lake Louise taking visitors to any of the three ski hills. Prices for the pass start at £268 (475 USD) for adults.
