Engineering firm is appointed to oversee snowdome in Mexico

Unlimited Snow has been appointed as general consultants responsible for design, engineering, installations, rides and activities as well as operational support for the new Snow Land in Mexico City.

Snow Land, Mexico will be a 12,000 square metre indoor snow and ice fun park including every imaginable snow and ice fun attraction for children of all ages. The warm part is themed as a snow village, whereas the cold part is themed as an Arctic world. Food and beverage facilities will be located on the first floor, overlooking all activities.

666.78% more visitors come to SkiRebel Magazine in March

With the end of March, SportsRebel Media Ventures (SMV) Ltd. is happy to announce that it broke an all time record for monthly unique visitors with a whopping 666.78 % to SkiRebel Magazine in March 2008 to the same period a year earlier. This staggering growth was led with incredible traffic increases of more than 2000 % on March 28th alone.

SkiRebel Magazine Celebrates 1st Year…

Since the relaunch of the popular skirebel.com portal in February 2007, SkiRebel Magazine has managed to attract more than 22,658 unique visitors with some 67,000 page impressions.

Since migrating the PDF only online ski magazine to a more user friendly online format, magazine management is ecstatic with the initial results. So far 2008, SportsRebel Media Ventures (SMV) Ltd., the main shareholder of the online property is forecasting tripling online visits. So far the first week forecast is blowing that forecast out of the water.

Snow Coming to Mexico City

Unlimited Snow has been assigned to create a 7,000 to 9,000 square metre indoor Snow Land as part of a large shopping mall in Mexico City.

The development will consist of ski resort style house type facades containing all kinds of snow and ice games, simulators and rides overlooking an ice rink in the shape of a small river for skating, bumper cars on ice, as well as mini golf on ice.

Next to this there will be a snow area with slides, snowmobiles and some 20 other real snow attractions. A central area will overlook all areas. Opening is scheduled for Spring 2009.
