Courmayeur has a new Gigante cable car this year and connecting trails

Those vacationing in Courmayeur this winter have noticed that the main cable car have undergone a retrofit.

The original cabins installed 34 years ago were repurposed in the snow park rather than scrapped. In addition, the Val Veny and Chrecrouit Pass is now linked through two new connecting trails.

A brand new snow park with Europe’s biggest airbag is also being built at 2,000 metres in the heart of the resort and free WIFI is now available at all meeting points.
